Hi, I’m Mariah.

I am a certified peer recovery coach and a graduate student at Adams State University, pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Drawing on lived experience with addiction, relational patterns that didn’t serve me, and the shame and dis-integrated states that often arise from them, I meet you where you are at with unconditional acceptance and a deep belief in your capacity for freedom.

Together, we’ll dial in a vision, create space for revelations to surface, and give shape to the identity needed for a life of alignment.

I believe we all have something to learn from one another. The program I’ve created is rooted in what changed my life, refined by the insights of others that I’ve worked with, and is adapted to your unique needs. I am here to honor your story while supporting your growth and transition into the next chapter.
